Alongside Instructing our Pilates classes; I’m a Mum, Wife, Clinical Nutritionist and a normal human that knows what it’s like juggling the demands of life, work, kids and whilst also making time for your health and fitness.
That’s why I’m on a mission; To make exercise sustainable & enjoyable again. To have classes full of purposeful programming, designed to help YOU feel as incredible as you deserve to, both inside and outside of our studio. No burn-out culture. Just real movement that allows you to Move well & Feel well.
